Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan arrived in Odisha on a one-day visit on Wednesday and was warmly welcomed at the Bhubaneswar airport.
Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan received him on his arrival. Chief Secretary Anu Garg and Bhubaneswar Mayor Sulochana Das were also present.
Following the welcome ceremony, the Vice President proceeded to the campus of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology to attend a programme organised by the Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
