Bhubaneswar DCP Jagmohan Meena has resigned from his post, citing personal reasons. According to sources, the 2013-batch IPS officer submitted his resignation around 25 days ago, though it is yet to be accepted by the state government.
Meena, who took charge as Bhubaneswar DCP on February 28, 2025, is reportedly planning to join a private company after leaving the police service. Earlier, he served as SP of Angul and Ganjam and as DCP of the Cuttack Urban Police District. The government is yet to announce his successor.
